The K&A Menu project set out to design a minimalist, sophisticated menu for adult diners, pairing elegance with function and a touch of nostalgia. Social media prompts were built in to encourage engagement.
My Contributions
Layout Design: Designed the minimalist layout to appeal to adult diners with a balance of elegance and function.
Background Conceptualization: Chose a nostalgic, recipe-card inspired background to add warmth and character.
Graphic Integration: Added monstera leaf graphics that nod to the restaurant's fresh, natural ingredients.
Content Organization: Organized the menu sections to guide diners smoothly through the offerings.
Social Media Engagement: Built social media prompts into the design to encourage diners to connect and share.
Design Notes
The design follows a minimalist philosophy aimed at a sophisticated adult audience. Simplicity keeps the food front and center, while careful font and color choices keep the menu warm and modern.
A background inspired by handwritten recipe cards adds nostalgia and a personal touch, and monstera leaf graphics reinforce the restaurant's focus on fresh, natural ingredients.
Organized sections and social media prompts turn the menu into more than a list of dishes: it guides the meal and invites guests to share the experience.
